As healthcare professionals, we already have many protocols in place to protect those that visit our office. Due to COVID-19, we are taking additional proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff while following all government recommendations and regulations. Due to COVID-19 we ask that you please follow our new office protocols:

• If you are early to your appointment please call us to let us know you are here and wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. 

• Wear a mask or mouth/nose covering while in the office.

• Practice social distancing by staying 6 feet away from other persons in the office.

• Use our hand-sanitizing stations around the office.

• COVID-19 questionnaire & temperature must be taken first thing after entering the office.

• If you are feeling unwell in any way or have traveled within the past 2 weeks, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment or see you via Telehealth if possible.
