What is ALPHAEON CREDIT?
ALPHAEON CREDIT, offered by Comenity Capital Bank, is a credit card you can use to pay for procedures or treatments performed by board certified physicians specializing in dentistry, dermatology, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery. You can also use ALPHAEON CREDIT to pay for products and services offered by these physicians.
Where can I use ALPHAEON CREDIT?
ALPHAEON CREDIT is only accepted by board certified physicians specializing in facial plastic surgery, plastic surgery, or dermatology. However, not all of these physicians are enrolled in the program.
What are the benefits of an ALPHAEON CREDIT card?
With special financing options - not always available with other credit cards, you may find the ALPHAEON CREDIT card is the better way to pay.
No Interest if Paid in Full within 6 or 12 Months
Interest is charged to your account at the variable rate of 28.99% from the purchase date if the purchase is not paid in full within the 6 or 12 month promotional period or if you make a late payment.
Equal Pay 14.99% APR if Paid in Full within 24, 36, 48 or 60 Months
If the balance is not paid in full in 24, 36, 48, or 60 months, regular credit terms will apply and interest will be imposed from the end of the promotional period at the standard variable APR or 28.99%, based upon the Prime Rate.
Budget Pay 14.90% APR with Monthly Payments of $99, $149, $199, or $299 per month
When you use your ALPHAEON CREDIT card account, interest is accessed on promotional credit plan purchase from the date of purchase through the end of the promotional period at an APR of 14.90%.
Please inquire with your practice about which plans are offered, as options vary by physician and some physicians have longer term plans that aren't listed here.
